Nour Saad eddine

I received my bachelor’s degree in architecture (GPA: 3.7) and master’s degree in sustainable architecture (GPA: 3.85) from Notre Dame University- Louaize. Alongside my graduate studies, I started my own architectural firm- Nour S. Architects (2017 – Present). With a background in project management and a passion for design, I deliver a unique combination of artistic talent and technical expertise.

With more than 4 years of experience in architectural design and drawing in my firm, I have extensive experience in developing aesthetically pleasing building designs that respond to the client and site’s needs. In addition to my expertise in design, I am also proficient with the major CAD software systems, including AutoCAD, Revit, Insight, Green Building Studio and Computational Fluid Dynamics. Moreover, I have advanced knowledge in preparing a full complement of construction documents for mid-rise properties.

In my current role, I closely work with multi-disciplinary teams and discuss with clients their requirements, so I developed significant communication skills. Besides, working simultaneously on multiple architectural projects has accelerated my learning — not only my design and drawing skills but also soft skills such as time, task, and vendor management.

I am expertise in the field work as well, I have the critical awareness and thinking skills needed to make decisions when the project runs into a problem at the construction site. Through site visits, I gained knowledge from the expertise of other professionals which helped me prevent potential problems in my design proposals.

• Consulted with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements of new structure.
• Coordinated with clients, consultants and contractors during construction bidding.
• Applied knowledge of relevant zoning laws and building codes and regulations to the design of projects.
• Handled design and construction documentation for various residential projects (total built up area ranges from 300 to 2,000 m2 ).
• Developed and applied sustainable design strategies in residential projects. • Developed hand 3d sketches, digital models and presentations for clients to visualize the building.
