I was assigned by GJS as a security consultant/trainer to provide Security and First aid training for hostile environment and conflict/high risk areas. The training was provided at international locations. The training was given via theoretical and practical scenarios, and it was provided in multiple languages.
Senior Security Officer - Special Tribunal for Lebanon (STL) - Beirut-Lebanon

I was assigned as the Senior Security Officer where I:
- Assisted the HFO with the preparation and maintenance of security plans for STL.
- Prepared threat and risk assessments.
- Established and maintained liaison/contact with Lebanese security focal points and national security agencies as well as security focal point of other international organizations.
- Reviewed and monitored media sources (newspapers, television and selected websites) on daily basis to produce my daily news report.
- Monitored compliance to MOSS/MORSS for STL Field Office.
- Escorted VIP visitors to STL Field Office.
- Assisted the investigation team in escorting and searching witnesses.
- Coordinated with the LA Operation Room/STL Task Force on different issues.
- Other duties as requested by my supervisor.
Administrative Assistant - Special Tribunal for Lebanon (STL) - Beirut-Lebanon

Addition to being a Senior Security Officer, I was reassigned for the period of 6 months, within the Direct Office of the Registrar and under the supervision of the Operations Officer (Beirut Office) as the Administrative Assistant where I:
- Performed a wide range of general administrative and secretarial tasks to the Head of Registry Office.
- Provided secretarial assistance to the Head of Registry. Checked correspondence and documents for completeness and accuracy, proofreading.
- Maintained incoming and outgoing mail registration and distribution, including mail & pouch to HQ.
- Maintained office records and reference files on various subjects.
- Scheduled and arranged meetings/appointments with officials outside the Tribunal for Head of Registry and visitors.
- Drafted and prepared routine correspondence and documents.
- Maintained records of staff travel documents, MFA cards etc.
- Handled the petty cash account and prepared the monthly balance sheet and cash count.
- When required, I assisted in providing administrative and operational support to other units, support to logistics and transport, temporary issue of special equipment, event planning (e.g., press conferences, outreach seminars).

Senior Security Officer - General Service Section Support - Special Tribunal for Lebanon (STL) - Beirut-Lebanon

Prior to the above, and during my tenure as the Senior Security Office, I:
- Assisted the General Service Section in mission's requirements for effective and timely supply and logistic support.
- Undertook duties as assigned to ensure that requisitions for supplies are properly prepared and reviewed such that they are issued/replenished in a timely and coordinated manner once approved to ensure reliable flow of supply for the mission.
- Assisted to ensure proper allocation and field supply of all mission's supply, equipment and stores.
- Implemented the process for monitoring consumption, inventory control, stock-checking and write-off to ensure security availability and accountability of materials and assets.
- Gathered data and inputs as required on mission requirements, procurement plan and cost estimates for input into budget and acquisition planning.
- Assisted in implementation of supply-related inventory control and reporting and invoice processing.
- Assisted in technical survey visits during mission start-up and during implementation to ensure most effective implementation of mission's operational plans.

- Prepared Risk & Threat Assessment product.
- Prepared the daily news report and reported every incident occurred to my supervisor.

Security Supervisor - Australian Embassy - Beirut-LB

As Security Supervisor at the Embassy, I:
- Monitored guarding arrangements at the Embassy to ensure that procedures are correctly followed, and clients are processed smoothly.
- Constantly assessed the adequacy of the Embassies security arrangements and drew any weaknesses to the attention of the PSO.
- Liaised with ISF and Army personnel and guards from other co-located Embassies on routine guarding issues.
- Resolved issues with difficult clients, including through liaison with PSO/Consul where necessary.
- Liaised with Solidere on property access for maintenance purposes and ensured technical staff are guarded while undertaking work.
- Monitored security developments in Lebanon and alert PSO to any that may impact upon Embassy security.
- Performed daily calibrations on the Explosives Detector and supervised its usage in addition, the weekly and monthly maintenance for the machine.
- Investigated fire alarms with Solidere and liaised with Consul on outcome.
- Investigated duress alarms and took appropriate action.
