As a person I see myself as a highly motivated person with good analytical and communication skills. Besides, my background in Accounting and Finance will put me in the right direction to learn and excel in any position at your organization. Working and studying at the same time have taught me how to manage my time and finish on due date even if I am under pressure.

• Responsible for providing day-to-day assistance to customers in various aspects, need to troubleshoot the arising problems and providing the necessary solutions, fulfills customer needs to ensure highest satisfactory level. Cross-selling all Lebanon Online products and services;
• Managing customer service e-mail box, responding to all customer inquiries received by e-mail, fax, telephone or walk in customers and deliver appropriate information or referring to appropriate functions or departments.
• Build sustainable relationships with customers.
• Ensure all customer applications requests or complaints are processed in time, handled professionally and in a diplomatic manner, and monitor timely delivery.
• Ensure all customer application and documents are thoroughly checked, secured, maintained and verified to achieve the highest error- free and anti-fraud.
• Meet customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
• Ensure correct product/services information is passed to the customers.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• Managing the finances of customer accounts.
• Manage all accounting transactions.
• Prepare budget forecasts.
• Publish financial statements on time.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements).
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

In the spring of 2018, I received my bachelor's degree in banking and finance from the Lebanese International University with a GPA 3.22. During my university studies, I learned extensively about financial markets and institutions, financial modeling, international banking, and finance. Through a wide variety of technical courses and university projects, I attained a solid base upon which I plan to build my career.
