’ve had 15 Years of experience in Category Management and Supply chain, I had the privilege of leading the development and implementation of categories strategies ( Frozen, Dairy and Bakery) at 𝖦𝗋𝖺𝗒 𝖬𝖺𝖼𝗄𝖾𝗇𝗓𝗂𝖾 𝖱𝖾𝗍𝖺𝗂𝗅, a Top retailer in Lebanon, and Executed Purchasing activities at 𝙶𝚛𝚘𝚞𝚙 𝙻𝚊𝚌𝚝𝚊𝚕𝚒s, the Global Dairy Leader.
Enhance Category performance: I Determine Product Assortment, set pricing strategies, arrange exit Plan and P&L Management.
I Source & Manage Suppliers: From local and International Markets, Negotiate Contract terms and Define Suppliers KPIs.
Oversee Supply Chain Cycle: We reorganize Related operations with the focus on Optimizing Logistics & Distribution Route.
I Coordinate with Internal & External cross Functional Team: Sales Department, Quality Control, Marketing & Official Regulatory Bodies.
