As a Pharmacist Technician, I supply medication and medical related items to the customers providing adequte expertise and pharmacological explanations on comsumption and explanations of drugs warn of risks. I participate in prepacking of medications and provide support in defining specifications of drugs and medical equipements, their interactions and usage. I monitor the inventory of the pharmacy and keep up to date files pertaining to the pharmacy.
I also recieve and inspect all items delivered to the Medical Section and ensure that medicines are arranged by alphabetical order on the clean shelves. I interact with doctors about unclear prescriptions. I resolve any customer complaint to deliver the best customer service.
In addition, i monitor and report to the pharmacy associates on expiration date of pharmaceutical items ensuring their utilization before expiry and i perform other duties as required.

Bachelor degree in Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Chemistry, issued from Faculty of Pharmacy in Damascus University, Syria in 2005.
Lebanese Baccalaureate issued in 2000 from Lebanon.
