• Cloud Computing with Office 365 
• Install and update antivirus softwares (Bitdefender, ESET NOD32) for System Protection 
• Manage backups of ERP solutions (Omega software, Profiles software (PIMS2)) installed on servers of TMA clients, and backups of all TMA Servers (Domain Controller Server, File Server, Exchange Server) 
• User administration (setup and maintain user accounts) 
• Monitoring, Maintenance, Repair, and Troubleshooting of System (check PCs/Servers performance and resolve issues related to hardware, software, network, internet connectivity, and printer)

• Ensure System Security through data backup / recovery, firewall, and installing Operating System (OS) Security Updates
