You:

If you enjoy delivering high-quality work in a dynamic environment and contributing to multiple projects for clients in Scandinavia and Lithuania, we have something for you. We are currently seeking a skilled Android Developer to join our team on a part-time basis and support us with increased workload. This role offers flexibility in monthly hours, depending on project demands.

Some months may require approximately 40 hours, while busier periods could extend up to 90 hours. The workload may vary, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking for adaptable engagement alongside other commitments. You are

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and passionate about your work;
• A strong team player who collaborates effectively;
• Confident in making decisions and communicating clearly;
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Lithuanian;
• Comfortable sharing your ideas and input during meetings.

Your Experience & Skills

• At least 3 years of software development experience in Android development;
• Strong experience with Kotlin and Java;
• Solid understanding of Jetpack Compose, Gradle, MVVM, and MVI;
• Experience working with Retrofit, OkHttp, Hilt, Room, Coroutines;
• Experience with Koin, Ktor, RxAndroid/RxJava, and XML UI is considered an advantage;
• Self-starter mindset with strong communication and ownership.
