In this role, you will design and execute a clear go-to-market plan, effectively leveraging internal sales teams, strategic partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to maximize commercial impact. You will also lead the development of targeted sales and marketing campaigns, ensuring end-to-end execution, measurable outcomes, and continuous performance tracking against agreed deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by hunting, identifying, and qualifying leads for SoftwareOne’s products and services, making SWO the go-to choice for enterprise and mid-market customers
- Build trusted, long-term relationships and drive new business across multiple industries
- Manage high-value deals while collaborating with a wide ecosystem of experts in cloud solutions
- Understand P&L dynamics, cloud and security commercial structures, and ensure profitability and cost efficiency
- Demonstrated experience in business development or sales, within the technology sector
- Solid knowledge of business applications like SAP, Oracle, etc.
- Proven experience in drafting IT commercial proposals and presenting to executive sponsors
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams on delivery, project, and implementation plans in cloud-focused environments
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with partners and customers
- Results-driven and proactive, with solid business acumen and a sales mindset
- Resilient and solutions-oriented, with problem-solving expertise to support customers’ digital transformation journeys

- Salary range will be up to €5,090 gross per month, including bonuses (This amount will depend on candidate seniority and experience).
