Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and business-minded Finance Controller who can turn numbers into insights and support smart decision-making across the business. If you enjoy partnering with stakeholders, improving processes, and influencing business performance through data-driven recommendations, we'd love to hear from you.

What you will do:

• Be the financial partner behind key business decisions, providing insights that help drive growth and performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across the organization.
• Transform complex financial data into clear recommendations, reports, KPI dashboards, and business cases.
• Work closely with business leaders to improve profitability, optimize costs, and evaluate new investments and initiatives.
• Help modernize financial reporting through automation, analytics, and continuous process improvements.
• Ensure reliable financial data and collaborate with accounting, audit, and other stakeholders to maintain a strong control environment.

What we expect:

• 3+ years of experience in financial controlling, financial analysis, or business partnering.
• Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and an interest in analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• The ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach, combined with strong analytical thinking.
• Confidence collaborating with stakeholders across different functions and levels of the business.
• A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Good English language skills.
