Junior Project Manager

• *Junior Project Manager (Kaunas, Vilnius or remotely)**

Versada is looking for a Junior IT Project Manager to join our team and help manage multiple Odoo implementation and development projects. You will work closely with our system analysts and developers, ensuring smooth project execution, clear communication with customers, and proper planning of development workloads.

This role focuses on project coordination, planning, workload management, and customer communication. Analytical work and requirements gathering are handled by our system analysts.

• *Responsibilities
• *Project Planning & Timeline Management
• Plan and manage project timelines, including release and go-live schedules
• Coordinate weekly implementation plans and assign tasks for upcoming weeks
• Continuously re-plan priorities based on project progress and changing needs
• Manage customer expectations regarding delivery timelines and implementation speed
• *Workload & Resource Management
• Plan implementation workload across multiple projects
• Ensure team roles are properly utilised and fully assigned with tasks
• Track whether team members spend more or fewer hours than planned during each period
• Balance workload across the team when possible
• Maintain dashboards showing project workload and team capacity
• *Customer Communication
• Align with customers on expected implementation hours per quarter
• Communicate progress, timelines, and potential delays
• Explain situations where implementation estimates are exceeded and propose next steps
• *Progress Tracking & Reporting
• Track project tasks against time estimates
• Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for internal teams and customers
• Maintain transparency using key project metrics and workload dashboards
• *Risk Management
• Identify project risks early and ensure timely escalation
• Perform continuous assessments of project progress and team performance
• Ensure projects stay on track and blockers are resolved quickly
• *Quality & Process
• Coordinate testing phases and ensure tasks move through the workflow properly
• Help maintain clear task tracking and structured project processes
• *Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in project coordination or project management in IT
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills with both technical teams and customers
• Comfortable working with task management tools and dashboards
• Fluent English level
• *What You Will NOT Need To Do**

No business analysis or requirements gathering or implementation work.

Our system analysts define requirements, and developers implement solutions.

Your role is to ensure projects run smoothly and are delivered on time.

Monthly gross wage range: 2000 - 3200 EUR for
