We are a small, focused team building stable, data-driven technology that helps brands use their first-party data effectively.We need a mature ML Engineer (Python) who understands that a model is only as valuable as its performance in a live environment.
You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of algorithms that handle ad ranking and automated budget optimization
increase ROI for our clients through smart, reliable systems.
You'll work with data scientists to turn concepts into high-availability systems.
Own the "0-to-1" phase: We are still building core infrastructure. You'll have a seat at the table for architectural decisions.
You care about why a model is behaving a certain way. You'll be responsible for monitoring, debugging, and refining systems in the wild.
We value pragmatism and a solid engineering foundation.
At least 2 years of professional experience writing clean, production-grade Python.
Real-world Deployment: You've moved models out of notebooks and into live environments. You understand the "plumbing" required to make ML work at scale.
Quantitative Background:A degree in CS, Math, or similar, or equivalent hands-on experience that gives you a deep understanding of model diagnostics.
You don't wait for a ticket to tell you what's broken. You take pride in the systems you build.
Experience in AdTech or Recommender Systems.
Understanding of how ad auctions work.
