UAB "Creative Partner" is a Klaipėda-based IT company that has been building custom technology solutions for businesses in Lithuania and abroad for more than a decade. We develop websites, e-commerce stores, mobile apps, platforms and systems, and we also provide UI/UX design, systems integration and cybersecurity services. Our clients come from fintech, retail, banking, sports, media, construction, logistics and other industries.

What you'll do

• Build custom themes and plugins. Create clean, fast and secure WordPress solutions from scratch or from designs (Figma / Adobe XD → WordPress).
• Front-end and back-end development. Write and maintain HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript (Vanilla / React / Vue) and PHP code.
• Work with Gutenberg / Elementor. Build templates and custom blocks (ACF / Gutenberg).
• E-commerce solutions. Customize WooCommerce and integrate payment and shipping systems.
• Website optimization. Ensure performance (Core Web Vitals), security and SEO best practices.
• Code maintenance and testing. Debug, update and refactor existing websites.
• Client support. Handle client requests and technical issues, make small changes and maintain live websites.

What we're looking for

• 2–4 years of commercial experience with WordPress.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/SCSS) and JavaScript.
• Experience building custom WordPress themes and plugins. Working only with page builders is not enough.
• Experience building blocks with ACF or Gutenberg.
• Experience with Git.
• Understanding of web security, performance optimization and REST API integrations.
• Ability to work independently, manage your time and collaborate with the team.

Nice to have

• Experience with WooCommerce and custom module development.
• Headless WordPress experience (REST API / GraphQL + Next.js / React).
• Advanced understanding of UI/UX principles.
