Develop backend systems using Python
Build and improve APIs and microservices
Work with SQL databases (write queries, fix performance issues, learn best practices)
Improve existing code (refactoring, bug fixing, incremental enhancements)
Integrate with internal and external systems
Participate in code reviews and team discussions
Collaborate with DevOps and other team members We do not expect perfection — learning and improving is part of the job. Must-Have WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Good Python knowledge (you’ve built something beyond tutorials)
Experience with at least one framework (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
Understanding of SQL (SELECT, JOINs, basic performance awareness)
Comfortable using Git in a team environment Nice To Have (optional) Basic frontend understanding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Exposure to React, Vue, or Node.js
Any familiarity with Docker or CI/CD Do not worry if you do not meet all the requirements — motivation and willingness to learn matter more.
