As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in making data-informed decisions across Product, Growth, Finance, and Operations.

You will define and own KPIs, build reliable analytical models, and translate data into clear business impact.

What You'll do:

Define and own key company metrics and KPI frameworks

Build and maintain scalable data models using SQL and dbt

Deliver actionable insights across revenue, payments, funnels, retention, and risk

Partner with stakeholders to structure complex business questions

Build executive dashboards in Looker Studio and enable self-serve analytics

Improve data quality, metric governance, and analytical standards

Support experiment analysis and performance measurement

Contribute to AI-assisted analytical workflows

Tech stack:

BigQuery, dbt Core, Looker Studio, GCP, Vertex AI, SQL, Python or R

What we expect:

4+ years of experience in Data Analytics

Strong SQL and data modeling fundamentals

Experience with a modern cloud data warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, etc.)

Experience building production-grade dbt models

Experience delivering business-facing dashboards (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

Proven KPI ownership and business impact mindset

Strong stakeholder communication skills

Nice to have:

Experience with A/B testing and experimentation analysis

Interest or experience in applying AI-driven analytical tools (e.g., GenAI, Vertex AI) to enhance analytical workflows and insight generation

Fintech, crypto, or regulated industry experience
