What You Will Do Build Solutions: Design and implement robust backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
Lead Design: Drive the technical architecture of new features and complex enhancements.
Mentor Engineers: Coordinate, guide, and mentor other Java developers on the team.
Ensure Quality: Conduct code reviews, establish standards, and drive testing practices.
Collaborate Daily: Partner closely with Solution Architects, BAs, QA, and DevOps engineers.
Own Delivery: Support CI/CD pipelines, release activities, and second-line production support.
What We Look For Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Experience: 7 years of professional software development experience.
