How to Remove Your Company's Job Listings

BeBee aggregates job listings from multiple sources worldwide. If your company's jobs appear on BeBee and you want them removed, you can use our self-service opt-out tool.

Self-Service Opt-Out (Recommended)

1. Go to bebee.com/{your-country}/opt-out
2. Enter your corporate email address (personal emails like Gmail are not accepted)
3. Check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code
4. Enter the code to verify your identity
5. Select the publishers you want to remove from the list of matches
6. Confirm the removal

If your email domain matches the job listings directly, removal is instant and automatic. Your company's domain and publisher names will be added to our blocklist to prevent future indexing.

If the match is indirect (by company name rather than domain), your request will be sent for admin review and processed within 48 hours.

Manual Request

If you cannot use the self-service tool (e.g., your corporate email domain doesn't match any job listings), contact us at support@bebee.com with:

• Your company name
• Your corporate email address
• The URL of a sample job listing you want removed
• Any additional details about your company

What Happens After Opt-Out

• All matching job listings are removed immediately (or within 48h for manual review)
• Your company's domain is added to our blocklist
• Future job imports from your company are automatically blocked
• This applies to all job sources and aggregation feeds
