Responsibilities Our Operations Controllers work in the Flight Operations Department, where they actively monitor the company’s daily flight activities and ensure that all flights run according to schedule.

Their responsibilities include analyzing real-time regional situations and identifying potential issues that could affect future operations. Employees must ensure that all processes comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Key tasks include

  • Preparing reports on events affecting air traffic and airport operations worldwide
  • Monitoring weather conditions to ensure smooth flight operations
  • Tracking flights in real time to ensure safety and punctuality
  • Updating client managers on the status of their clients’ flights
  • Maintaining and updating databases related to airports, airlines, and ground handling companies
  • Auditing third-party aircraft documentation
  • Communicating with airports, ground handling providers, suppliers, and flight crews to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintaining continuous communication with colleagues
  • Analyzing trends in flight requests
  • Participating in individual projects aimed at improving customer experience, training staff, and enhancing understanding of flight operations among all departments

Requirements

  • Excellent English skills (spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage)
  • Previous experience in aviation
  • Strong interest in the aviation industry
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
  • Understanding of the luxury market and its expectations
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently, and to work well in a team
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
