Payload CMS Developer

We are looking for a developer with proven, hands-on experience using Payload CMS in production environments.

This role is specifically for developers who have already built projects with Payload CMS and understand its architecture, collections, hooks, access control, authentication, custom fields, and API workflows.

Requirements:

• Prior commercial or freelance experience with Payload CMS
• Strong understanding of Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Experience building custom collections, globals, hooks, and access controls
• Familiarity with REST and GraphQL APIs
• Experience integrating Payload CMS with modern frontend stacks
• Ability to work independently and ship production-ready features
• Understanding of scalable CMS architecture and performance optimization

We are not looking for beginners or “vibe coders.”

Nice to have:

• Experience deploying on Vercel, Docker, or cloud infrastructure
• SEO and content modeling experience
• Experience with multi-tenant or SaaS platforms
