Test Lead

We want to hire you, if:

You have 5+ years of experience in QA and at least 1 year of leading a QA team

You bring strong knowledge of the testing domain and the full testing lifecycle

You can quickly understand complex feature requirements and build a traceability matrix to ensure complete coverage

You are proficient in reporting, root cause analysis (RCA), and bug investigation

You communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written

You have experience defining and implementing test strategies within an organization

You have a proven background in leading and coordinating mid-sized QA teams, guiding engineers, and resolving issues

You are confident in defining and tracking QA metrics, with the ability to present clear, data-driven results to management You can expect to:
