I would like to put myself forward for your advertised chef position and find out more information please.
I am available immediately in Cape Town.
I have completed contracts during the Mediterranean seasons as sole/ sous chef on both private and charter vessels. I have also been sole or head chef in private villas during the Cape Town summer season with International guests.
While in yachting it was catering for crew and up to 12 guests. Working in the private villas my role was to oversee the production of food for daily meals and events for pax ranging from 12 - 95.
I have been a chef for over 10 years working in patisserie, private villas, high end restaurants, and the yachting industry.
