Program Operations Coordinato

Role Description The Program Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities of educational programs and ensuring smooth delivery of courses and services. This full-time, on-site role in Benghazi, Libya involves coordinating schedules, managing learner and instructor communications, tracking program performance metrics, and supporting process improvements. The coordinator collaborates with training staff to organize sessions, monitors enrollment and attendance, and helps resolve learner inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

The role also includes preparing reports, maintaining accurate records, supporting quality assurance efforts, and contributing to continuous enhancement of program logistics and learner experience.

• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, or a related field are beneficial.
• Experience in educational program operations or coordination, proficiency with office and learning management software, and strong organizational abilities are advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Benghazi, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and collaborate in a diverse, fast-paced environment is preferred.
