Role Description The Restaurant General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Benghazi, responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring a high standard of service and food quality. This role includes managing staff scheduling, supervising front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The manager will monitor financial performance, manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and implement promotional activities to drive revenue.

Additional responsibilities include training and coaching team members, handling customer feedback, enforcing company policies, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong financial and operational management skills, including P&L Management and Budgeting.
• Demonstrated ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through effective Customer Service practices.
• Experience with Hiring, onboarding, and developing diverse restaurant teams.
• Proven leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills in a hospitality or restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and local regulatory requirements.
• Previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar supervisory role is highly preferred.
• Relevant education in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is an advantage.
