🚀 Hiring: Senior Software Engineer / Technical Team Lead

We’re looking for an experienced software engineer to take on a key technical leadership role within our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on real-world systems, evolving existing platforms, and building scalable solutions with a hands-on approach — while staying up to date with modern development practices.

🧭 About Us

Moeen is a Libyan tech platform operating in:

• Ride-hailing
• Logistics & goods transport

We are currently expanding our technical capabilities to support the next phase of product development and growth.

🛠️ What You’ll Work On

• Contributing to the evolution of our platform architecture and core systems
• Working across existing systems and new development tracks in parallel
• Improving code structure, performance, and maintainability over time
• Developing and enhancing backend services, APIs, and integrations
• Collaborating on mobile app performance and user experience
• Supporting smooth technical transitions and knowledge continuity within the team
• Helping establish more structured and scalable development practices

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Strong software engineering experience (5 years)
• Experience working on live production systems and evolving codebases
• Ability to understand, improve, and refactor existing systems
• Experience contributing to new builds alongside existing platforms
• Good understanding of scalable architecture and system design
• Comfortable working across different technologies (Node.js, Python, etc.)
• Familiarity with mobile-driven products (Flutter or similar is a plus)
• Experience with modern workflows (Git, CI/CD, etc.)
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility

Additionally:

• Actively follows advancements in AI-assisted development
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity, code quality, and debugging
• Interested in integrating modern tools and workflows that improve development efficiency
