Position
As a Data Engineer, you’ll play a key role in building scalable, reliable, and automated data solutions. We're looking for someone who excels with modern data engineering tools and best practices — capable of owning end-to-end pipelines, modeling data efficiently, and contributing to both architectural design and hands-on execution.
Your Missions
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale and complex data processing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with software engineers, data scientists, and analysts to integrate APIs, data models, and insights into production systems.
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and resilience of data systems through rigorous monitoring, alerting, and testing strategies.
- Contribute to data architecture decisions, establishing best practices for code quality, automation, and scalable infrastructure.
- Build and maintain internal tools, libraries, and frameworks to support data quality, observability, validation, and documentation.
- Design and automate advanced data workflows and deployment pipelines using orchestration and infrastructure tools, ensuring scalability, traceability, and operational efficiency across the full data lifecycle.
- Follow and promote software engineering best practices, including modular coding, testing, version control (Git), and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).
What We Offer

The ideal candidate is hands-on with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), experienced in building scalable data pipelines, and passionate about automation, clean code, and collaborative teamwork.
Skills & Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in data engineering, backend development, or a related technical field.
- Strong command of Python and SQL, with experience building scalable and maintainable data pipelines.
- Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
- Proficiency in both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Elasticsearch) databases.
- Experience working with data warehouses such as BigQuery, Redshift, or ClickHouse.
- Experience working with streaming platforms such as Apache Kafka.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD practices.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., GCP, AWS, or Azure) and deploying data solutions at scale.
- Understanding of log management and monitoring tools, particularly the ELK Stack.
- Ability to produce clean, modular, and well-documented code, along with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
