量产项目工程师

岗位职责：

• 负责新产品开发及量产导入，新产品模具工艺试制及验证，样品试制参与，试制过程问题收集与解决，作业标准文件的制定和发放，模具验收评价，新产品试生产评审，新产品量产导入及最终批准
• 负责新品量产可行性评审，为新产品开发与量产提供改善建议，为决策提供支持
• 负责量产品品质问题的解决与改善，对现场出现不良进行改善与归纳总结
• 执行量产产品的设变及4M变更管理，量产产品客户设变验证及导入，公司内部原材料等级变更/辅料种类变更的变更管理
• 技术专案和VAVE提案的推进实施、高新企业申请专利&高新输出

任职资格：

• 教育背景：本科，机械、机械自动化、化工、材料等相关专业
• 工作经验：汽车零部件产品工艺工程管理五年以上（汽车内外饰注塑涂装相关经验优先）
• 语言：英语可以作为工作语言，与客户工作交流
• 专业知识与技能：熟悉注塑、涂装等工艺、熟练使用Office、Auto CAD、 Unigraphics NX等设计软件、精通新项目开发、管理、APQP开发流程、了解汽车行业体系标准（VDA6.3或TS16949）、熟练掌握汽车行业五大手册

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for new product development and mass production launch, including new product mold process trial and validation, sample trial participation, problem collection and resolution during trial process, formulation and issuance of standard operating documents, mold acceptance evaluation, new product trial production review, mass production launch and final approval.
• Responsible for new product mass production feasibility review, providing improvement suggestions for new product development and mass production, and supporting decision-making.
• Responsible for resolution and improvement of mass production quality issues, and summarizing and improving non-conformities occurring on site.
• Execute engineering change and 4M change management for mass production products, including customer engineering change validation and implementation for mass production products, and change management of internal raw material grade changes/auxiliary material type changes.
• Promote and implement technical projects and VAVE proposals, and support high-tech enterprise patent applications and high-tech documentation outputs.

Qualifications

• Education Background: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechanical Automation, Chemical, Materials or related fields.
• Working Experience: Minimum 5 years of product process engineering management experience in automotive parts industry (experience in automotive interior/exterior injection molding and painting is preferred).
• Language: English can be used as working language for communication with customers.
• Knowledge & Skills: Familiar with injection molding, painting and other processes; proficient in Office, Auto CAD, Unigraphics NX and other design software; proficient in new project development, management and APQP development process; familiar with automotive industry system standards (VDA6.3 or TS16949); proficient in the five major automotive industry manuals.
