YOUR ROLE

As a Process Engineer, you will define the plant's equipment needs, to support engineering changes and new projects, as well as ensure the acquisition, installation and validation of equipment according to the start-up schedule

Responsibilities

Lead the team in the installation, validation and continuous improvement actions on the components (Quality, volume, cost) of the processes (ROB, CC, Torque, VM & testing). Analyze MP and component requirements;

Assist and develop the equipment specifications (ROB, CC, Torque, VM & testing) Detect and track anomalies (cutting, production, engineering) causing stock shortages;

Ensure the availability of equipment at the Start-up date by making the necessary anticipations (alert suppliers, alert the MEC...) Transfer anomaly cases to Key Users via ID Tool ;

Regularly attend technical conferences with plant departments (Quality, reliability, maintenance, production, logistics).

Ensure the closure of all reliability reporting points under its responsibility.

Check the inventory status of the equipment (Running & Idle).

Ensure that the commit file is communicated within the predefined time frame and that the Capex/Opex forecast is respected.

Ensure the sharing of new POS procedures, and ensure their implementation in the factory.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Engineering degree or master’s degree in industrial engineering.

Advanced English is mandatory

Leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

Synthesis and analytical spirit are required
