Project Manager (Warehouse Implementation) (12 Month FTC)

Purpose:

In collaboration with the Global Warehouse Implementation and MEA Project Lead, you'll be at the forefront of this transition, operating within a complex business and operational landscape.

You'll manage multiple Bayer workstreams, align with the 3PL project team, and drive collaboration across diverse operational environments, IT systems, and processes to ensure a smooth warehouse move and 3PL setup.

Scope:

Local warehouse, regional interaction within project

Key Tasks:

Lead and coordinate local implementation activities with internal and external stakeholders

Actively manage the scope of the project to completion

Manage project timelines, identify risks, and drive mitigation strategies

Support the implementation of the new 3PL logistics solution while maintaining service continuity and compliance

Actively drive communication with senior stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications:

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with:

Deep understanding of Customer Supply Chain operations

Practical knowledge of SAP EDI transactions and 3PL logistics models

Proven ability to communicate across all levels of project governance

Strong coordination skills to manage the warehouse transition and 3PL implementation

Experience ensuring Customer Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory (GxP) requirements are met throughout all phases of the project

Proficency in French and English

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
