As a Tech Lead Full Stack, you will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence within our development teams. You will be responsible for defining and validating technical architectures, ensuring best practices in software development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Detailed Responsibilities

• Define and validate technical architectures for full stack development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and client needs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, fostering skill growth and adherence to best practices.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Manage the technical impacts of project evolutions, focusing on scalability and performance optimization.
• Coordinate closely with Cloud and Data teams to integrate and optimize solutions.
• Oversee the implementation of new features and enhancements, ensuring seamless delivery within project timelines.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support ongoing maintenance activities.
• Support the adoption of new technologies and methodologies within the team.

Skill Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in full stack development and technical leadership roles.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, Java).
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and data integration.
• Experience in defining technical architectures and implementing scalable solutions.
• Proven track record in managing and mentoring development teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with code review tools and development best practices.
