• Safety and Hygiene:

Monitoring of work accidents / Communication of safety risks by Project to the H&S department

• People
• Monitoring of absenteeism rate and development of corrective and preventive action plans with the HR department
• Monitoring of departure rates and recruitment planning with the HR department
• Recruitment planning for new teams
• Development of action plans for Operator problems (Payroll problems; Reimbursement of medical files; Discipline, etc.)
• Definition of the profiles of the operators to be recruited (School level, Family situation, Age, etc.)
• Quality:
• Monitoring of the evolution of PPM by Project and animation of corrective and preventive action plans of Top Pareto defects
• Analysis of Top Pareto of Repair
• Awareness and training of operators on the basics
• Definition of the start-up strategy for new teams
• Planning of quality refusal processing
• Volume:
• Development of the project capacity study with logistics
• Development of multi-skill plans between families to minimize the recruitment of new teams
• Install action plans to increase outputs in order to absorb customer variations
• Adjustment of the Method definition with the Engineering to adapt to the capacity study volumes
• Definition of the evolution curve per team / improvement of outputs
• Cost

Scrap evolution monitoring and development of reduction plan / workforce reductions and improvement of efficiency / evolution of shutdowns (Maintenance; Cutting and Raw material)

=> Engineering :

•Coordinate the project team (quality, design engineering, procurement, suppliers, logistics and production) to achieve the project goals.

•Receiving the entry ticket for the project, analyze the impact, evaluate the cost/investment/timing/quality/ resources, create the RFQ package, distribute and follow milestones with Project Team.

•Follow the product changes, evaluate risk and action plan, follow up if needed.

•Guarantee the quality of product and mounting process in the OEM, considering clients complaints or technical issues, industrialization problems.

•Coordinate engineering team (products, process, and equipments).

•Prepared Facility Specification for building, assembly lines, and machine outputs in order to satisfy customer peak volume.

•Developed and standardized the processes and dimensional capability analysis for manufacture inputs.

•Responsible for identifying, launching and development of tools, measures, systems and / or processes for optimization and process improvement

•Coordinate the project team (quality, design engineering, procurement, suppliers, logistics and production) to achieve the project goals.

•Receiving the entry ticket for the project, analyze the impact, evaluate the cost/investment/timing/quality/ resources, create the RFQ package, distribute and follow milestones with Project Team.

•Manage problem solving activities regarding facilities, tooling and customer concerns. Evaluate the competences of the team members and create the opportunity for getting new skills

•Manage the work load of the engineers and to attend the project meetings. Plan and monitor the activities of the engineers versus the planned activities and projects (including budgets). Organize the trainings for the engineers and monitor the overtime and holidays

•Responsible for identifying, launching and development of tools, measures, systems and / or processes for optimization and process improvement

•All these tools must be shared with other team members through the "Best Practices"
