Supplier Quality professional with over 2 years of experience in the automotive industry, working with both an OEM (Stellantis) and a Tier-1 supplier (Xiezhong Automotive). I specialize in supplier quality management, incoming quality, supplier non-conformance management, containment activities, 8D problem solving, root cause analysis, and supplier performance monitoring (PPM).

In my current role, I manage supplier quality issues, coordinate containment actions, verify PPAP requirements, monitor supplier performance, and supervise a team of Incoming Quality Inspectors to ensure production continuity and customer satisfaction.

I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial Management, Logistics & QHSE while continuously expanding my knowledge of AIAG Core Tools, including PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, and GR&R.

I enjoy solving quality challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement through structured problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
