i have been working as a hotel receptionist for almost a year. i can speak 5 languages fluently. And can adapt to new environment easily

i have previous experience as a cashier and a receptionist, my main role was ansewing phone calls and make reservations, make sure our clients recieve the best service possible and be pleased and satisfied while they are staying at our hotel. i was also responsible for stock management .

i have a bachelor degree in chinese language and culture at the university of Hassan II in CASABLANCA, as well as a one year certificate in chinese studies at Shanghai International Students University.
