What exactly will you do?

  • Manage containerized workloads on Kubernetes primarily in public cloud environments.
  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitOps practices to streamline deployments.
  • Develop and manage infrastructure as code to provision secure, scalable, and repeatable environments.
  • Automate deployments and configurations to reduce errors and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure robust security and secrets management.
  • Implement comprehensive monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system health and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate modern deployment practices with existing IT systems and drive business solutions.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to support continuous improvement in our microservices ecosystem.
  • Document infrastructure configurations, deployment processes, and system designs to maintain operational transparency and compliance with policies and procedures.

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
  • Proven expertise in building and managing production environments using Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in implementing Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, OpenTofu, or CloudFormation to create scalable and secure environments.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Jenkins and ArgoCD.
  • Hands-on experience with either Google Cloud Platform or AWS.
  • Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Familiarity with coding and scripting using languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and incorporate their feedback effectively.

Additional perks

  • Bachelor’s degree in computing science or a related field.
  • ​Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer, or Kubernetes certifications are considered a strong asset.
