The Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer (.NET) to join our growing Software Development team on a full-time basis, based in Malta.You’ll be working on complex, high-impact web systems, collaborating with an experienced team of developers, architects, product owners, QA, and DevOps; while getting exposure to projects across multiple industries, both locally and internationally.

What you’ll be doing

• Collaborating within a cross-functional team and communicating clearly
• Working closely with the Product Owner and Senior Architect to design technical solutions aligned with system architecture and business requirements
• Building and extending applications using modern frameworks and best practices
• Writing clean, reusable, and efficient code
• Creating unit tests and collaborating closely with QA
• Producing clear technical documentation to support long-term maintainability
• Working with DevOps teams throughout the deployment process

What we’re looking for

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• A degree in Computer Science or related professional qualifications
• Strong experience in web application development
• Proficiency with modern .NET technologies: .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, WebAPI
• Experience with relational databases (preferably MS SQL)
• Hands-on experience using frontend frameworks such as React and TypeScript
• Experience integrating with third-party systems using REST, Web APIs, SOAP, and similar protocols
• A solid understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented architectures
• Experience working with N-tier architectures
• A security-first mindset when building applications
• Experience with unit testing (NUnit or xUnit)
• Confidence in writing technical documentation (SpecFlow is a plus)
• Experience working in Agile environments and with Git (Gitflow is a bonus)
• At least 4 years’ experience in a similar role

Nice to have experience in

• Microservices architecture & Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Frontend state management (e.g. Redux)
• Message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Azure ServiceBus
• Authentication & authorisation (Identity Server, OAuth, JWT)
• Azure DevOps
