Officer of Danish Bakery Ltd, I led the company through a period of sustained growth, delivering an EBITDA improvement, managing turnover, and expanding market presence into international market. In this role, I successfully aligned commercial strategy with operational execution, negotiated high-impact partnerships, and strengthened stakeholder relations, all critical capabilities for a CEO tasked with steering diverse business units toward excellence.
Prior to this, I served as General Manager of SIS Ltd, a technology-centric joint venture between MIDI plc and Siemens. In that capacity, I led the operational and technology transformation of mission-critical infrastructure across Tigné Point and Manoel Island’s mixed-use estates, integrating data centre environments, ELV and Building Management Systems, ICT backbones, and district energy networks. Importantly, I oversaw the integration of geographically distributed systems through resilient network architectures, enabling centralised operational monitoring and digital service delivery across these assets.
This included supporting the deployment of a €4M smart technology investment, which positioned The Centre at Tigné Point as a secure commercial hub for banks, gaming companies, and financial institutions requiring high availability, robust cybersecurity, and strict operational continuity.
