Worked the role of a Sales Representative at Calzedonia, an international fashion retail shop for more than two (2) years. The main role was to assist clients to choose the right product. During this role, had the opportunity to sell products and promotions for client needs.
The most important objective was to reach the target of sales by end of day, therefore had to offer a professional and efficient service to customers. Had the responsibility to open the shop, handle payments and meet daily targets. Had the opportunity to coach new sale representatives and monitor the shop's floor.

This was the first experience job exposure related to studies. From this experience, managed to learn the banking finance system by checking reports, reviewing customer profile files and scanning the documentations to be available on the system. Therefore, handling every aspect on client account can be viewed and saved virtually.

During the Advanced Diploma in Financial Services, completed Apprenticeship at APS Bank as a compliance officer. The main role was to approve bank accounts requested from clients. This role involved downloading, saving and submitting documentation on the bank's system.
Had the responsibility to investigate and do background checks on the individuals. Apart from the mentioned duties, had to conduct an evaluation on international individuals whom have requested to open a profile and a bank account. In this department, had to work as a team to reach daily targets which required constant multi-tasking roles.
