Mariette Toome

I am a Malta-registered First Level Nurse with approximately four years of experience in primary care. My background combines clinical nursing with extensive patient communication, telephone and electronic enquiries, documentation, electronic health records and care coordination. I am currently based in Malta and open to opportunities in nursing, healthcare administration, patient coordination, clinical support and other healthcare-related roles.

Primary Care Nurse – Linnamõisa Perearstikeskus, Estonia (Sep 2022 – Aug 2026). Approximately four years of experience in a busy primary care centre, including independent nursing consultations, chronic disease follow-up, vaccinations, venepuncture, wound care, ECGs, triage and patient education. My role also involved patient enquiries, electronic health records, documentation, follow-up coordination, stock management and close collaboration with doctors and nurses.
