My passion for marketing drove my curiosity to engage for an MSc in Marketing with Leicester University (UK). I consider myself as very well organised and this helped me maintain my work position whilst studying. My stamina to succeed in the various roles that I have had throughout the years, increased my knowledge in understanding people, especially in international markets.
I am open minded and interested in learning different things. Considering myself as adding value to the team. I achieve this by creating a positive atmosphere and an ambience where people feel valued, thereby continuously contributing to the teams' overall performance.
My interest is to increase my knowledge in Neuro Linguistic Programming to further develop a vast understanding of the communication techniques that can be adopted in personal life, office environment and marketing. These techniques serve in creating a better learning environment.

With 18 years of diverse experience in sales and marketing, I have developed a deep understanding of the tourism industry from both an operational and strategic perspective. Over the years, I’ve honed my expertise in office management, decision-making processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal audits, and strategic planning. This hands-on experience, coupled with my strong communication skills, has allowed me to effectively lead teams, drive business growth, and navigate complex industry challenges.
Throughout my career, I’ve maintained a strong desire to learn and evolve, both personally and professionally. This drive has led me to pursue various courses and certifications, enriching my knowledge and expanding my skill set. My passion for the tourism sector, combined with my comprehensive background, now positions me not only as a practitioner but also as someone ready to teach and mentor others in the field.
I am confident in my ability to translate real-world experience into valuable lessons, helping aspiring professionals understand both the theoretical and practical dimensions of tourism, sales, and marketing. I am excited to share insights, inspire growth, and contribute to the next generation of tourism leaders.
