Where Is The Work

On‑Site (5 days)

Job Summary

The ADP (Accelerated Development Program) is a 2 to 2.5‑year leadership and functional rotation program that includes an average of three role assignments across Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Materials, and Operational Excellence. Participants will work onsite at our Apodaca Plant.

The Program

We target candidates graduating with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in one of the following functions:

• Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering)
• Operations (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management or Industrial Distribution)

Qualifications

Graduating Seniors or Recent graduates (within 18 months) with a degree directly related to our functional program.

Leadership experiences (i.e. professional, development club officer, committee chairperson, job related leadership experiences in internships, school projects or similar).

Related internships or projects for six months related work experience.

International experience desired (It could be any studies abroad or remote interaction or similar).
