AI Engineer

Responsibilities: To design and build intelligent, agent-based systems leveraging Model Context Protocol (MCP) framework. This role focuses on developing autonomous AI agents capable of tool use, memory management, multi-step reasoning, and system orchestration across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will architect scalable agentic workflows, integrate APIs and data sources via MCP standards, implement context-aware memory systems, and ensure safe, reliable AI execution.

Responsibilities include prompt engineering, tool integration, evaluation frameworks, guardrail implementation, and performance optimization.

Mandatory Skills Description: Overall 8 – 15 years of IT development experience

Minimum of 2+ years of Python development hands-on experience and well-versed (mandatory)

1-2+ years of creating MCP agents (mandatory)

Less than 1 year of experience with AI tools – Github Co-pilot, Claude CLI, Kiro Nice-to-Have Skills Description: Airlines experience
