Artificial Intelligence Engineer

🚀 We're Hiring | Senior / Lead AI Engineer — Predictive Systems & MLOps

📍 Remote | 🕐 6-Month Contract (extension potential)

This is NOT a chatbot role.

We're looking for an AI Engineer who builds the intelligence behind the business — predictive models, decisioning systems, and production-grade MLOps infrastructure that drive real, measurable outcomes.

🔍 What you'll own:

• Predictive models: churn, save likelihood, LTV
• Deterministic decisioning systems combining model outputs + business rules
• Data pipelines and feature engineering
• MLOps: deployment, monitoring, drift detection, CI/CD for AI
• API-first services (FastAPI) integrated with CRM and voice platforms
• Automation and workflow orchestration (n8n or similar)

✅ What we're looking for:

• 7+ years in software engineering, ML engineering, or data engineering
• Strong Python (FastAPI preferred)
• Proven production ML systems with measurable business impact
• Deep experience in predictive modeling (churn, risk, forecasting)
• MLOps ownership: deployment, monitoring, lifecycle management
• End-to-end system thinking: data → model → production → impact

➕ Nice to have:

• LLMs & agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI)
• AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker)
• Customer analytics or retention systems background
