Solid experience in Python development and REST API design Familiarity with libraries like Pandas, PyArrow, and databases such as DuckDB Production experience with PostgreSQL, Docker, and Kubernetes Experience implementing secure and scalable cloud solutions (AWS or GCP) Strong communication and ownership end-to-end Nice-to-Have / Bonus: Knowledge of WebAssembly, Pyodide, WebSockets Frontend experience with React and TypeScript
Develop and maintain the open-source Python SDK Design and build backend APIs using FastAPI, Pydantic, and Poetry Architect secure serverless data systems on AWS or GCP Integrate with tools like S3, Apache Arrow, and DuckDB Manage authentication and security using AWS Secrets Manager, IAM, caching, and file I/O Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
