We are building cloud-native healthcare data solutions and need a

• *Chief Data Software Engineer**

to lead scalable FHIR pipelines on AWS with Spark/Flink expertise.

• *Responsibilities
• Design and refine scalable ingestion and processing pipelines for healthcare data aligned to FHIR standards
• Build high-performance, dependable distributed processing workloads using Apache Spark or Flink
• Develop and support microservices and application components in Java and Python
• Partner with analytics teams to deliver actionable business insights and enable advanced data use cases
• Apply AWS Well-Architected principles to ensure security, scalability, and operational excellence across data solutions
• Document system architecture, engineering workflows, and procedures to improve clarity and long-term maintainability
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across data ingestion, processing, and analytics
• *Requirements
• Proven track record with 7+ years of experience in data engineering using Java and Python
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark and Flink and a strong foundation in distributed data processing frameworks
• Deep understanding of designing and tuning healthcare data pipelines, including FHIR data ingestion and processing
• Solid background in building and supporting microservices with Java and Python
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud-native data engineering practices and operational standards
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
