We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Data Strategy team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The
- *Cloud Data Engineer**
- *We will count on you to:
- Build efficient, autonomous, and maintainable Terraform deployment workflows.
- Automate provisioning / maintenance processes that currently require human interaction.
- Become a trusted point of contact for user groups regarding technical requirements and operation support.
- Enforce best practices and policies around access, connectivity, tagging, computing, data storage.
- *What you need to have:
- IaC, preferably on Terraform. Terragrunt is a big plus.
- Cloud, either:
- AWS: S3, EC2, IAM, VPN
- Azure: Blob Storage, Virtual Machines, RBAC, Entra, VPN
- Experience with Okta is a plus.
- Databricks (preferably), or another data & analytics platform / stack.
- Python, better if oriented at data and/or IaC.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, or mathematics.
- Availability to work 3 times a week in the office.
