As a Cloud Engineer specializing in OpenStack and Python, you will develop and maintain robust, open-source cloud infrastructure.
You will manage the intersection of virtualization and software automation, ensuring highly available distributed systems that power scalable cloud environments.
What You'll Do Design, deploy, and administer production-grade OpenStack clusters and their core components.
Develop Python-based automation scripts and tools to streamline infrastructure management and orchestration.
Optimize and manage distributed storage solutions and virtualization layers to ensure peak system performance.
Automate the provisioning and lifecycle management of virtual machines, networking, and bare-metal workloads.
Implement monitoring, alerting, and self-healing processes to maintain infrastructure reliability and security.
Collaborate with engineering teams to define cloud standards and support the migration of services to OpenStack.
What We Are Looking For 4+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Infrastructure.
Proven expertise in designing, deploying, and maintaining OpenStack cloud environments.
Advanced proficiency in Python for infrastructure automation and scripting.
Strong understanding of Linux systems and Ceph distributed storage management.
