Job Title: CNC Process Engineer Location: We are seeking an experienced CNC Process Engineer to lead the standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement of CNC machining operations across multiple identical vertical machining cells.Capture tribal knowledge from CNC SMEs and convert into standardized documentationEstablish escalation tiers for operators, skilled trades, and engineering teamsPerform advanced CNC troubleshooting and root cause analysisDevelop training materials and provide hands-on training to shop-floor teams5+ years of CNC machining or CNC process engineering experience~ Strong technical documentation and process writing skills~ Proven experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis~ Experience with Haas NGC controlStrong understanding of global macro variables, mathematical operators, and logical functionsExperienced CAM programmerExperienced G-code programmerExperience in high-volume machining, automated fixturing, pallet systems, and robotic CNC automation
