- *About the Role**
- *Key Responsibilities
- Develop computer vision models to automate engineering drawing validation and QA workflows
- Build preprocessing, annotation, and training pipelines for image- and document-based data
- Deploy and monitor CV systems in production with continuous improvement loops
- Optimize models for industrial reliability, latency, and edge-case robustness
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to define technical requirements
- Integrate AI workflows with internal mobile and web applications to support field and customer-facing use cases
- Establish evaluation metrics and experimentation frameworks for model performance
- *Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years experience building and deploying computer vision or ML systems in production
- Strong Python programming skills with experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Hands-on experience with OpenCV, YOLO, Detectron2, or similar CV frameworks
- Understanding of model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps best practices
- Strong foundation in software engineering principles and applied ML
- *Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CAD/drawing interpretation or document AI frameworks
- Background in manufacturing, construction, or industrial QA environments
- Familiarity with edge deployment or real-time inference constraints
- Experience building human-in-the-loop inspection systems
- Knowledge of experimentation, A/B testing, and evaluation metrics
