Remote, Part-Time (20-30hrs/week), Flexible Contractor - Based in Cancun

Monthly Salary of $9000 – $15,000 MXN

All staff receive stock options, ie. ownership in the company, as part of compensation.

Your resume, if a student, your transcript, and if applicable, a portfolio confirmation you've read the listed compensation for the role, what your salary expectations are, and when you could joinsome role specific questions, such as a background of relevant experience, how you would deal with a specific customer issue, and how you'd reduce support ticket volume.

It generally takes candidates 30-40 minutes to complete the application form, which replaces the need for us to do a screening call, meaning you get hired faster if successful
