Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Dashboard Development
• Liaise with business stakeholders to gather requirements & manage delivery.
• Devise rich dashboards using Domo to deliver actionable insights.
• Connect server with share-point portal and set-up auto-refresh feature.
• Play a key role in all Phases of development from analysis through implementation and support.

Data Transformation’s (DE)

• Manage ingestion of unstructured raw data from diverse sources, ensuring seamless integration into data pipelines for further processing.
• Design and implement ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load data aligned with business requirements, optimizing data flow and processing times.
• Conduct rigorous data quality checks throughout the pipeline to maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliability of datasets.
• Transform raw data into structured formats using SQL and Python scripting, enabling efficient analysis and reporting.
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as BigQuery and Cloud Storage for scalable data storage, processing, and querying.
• Automate data transformation and validate processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate data requirements into robust data engineering solutions supporting analytics and BI

Data Visualization & BI

• Define and incorporate KPIs for customer satisfaction as well as customer acquisition Data Blending & Security.
• Develop dashboards from multiple data sources using Data Blending.
• Design & maintain SQL scripts (BigQuery), Python scripts (Google Colab) & complex queries.

Qualifications & Skills

• 7-9 years of experience in Automation and Dashboard development and management
• BI Tools: Looker Studio, Domo
• Languages: SQL Server, Python
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP): BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Dataflow
• Automation & Scripting: Python (Pandas, Matplotlib), SQL scripting
• Data Pipeline & ETL: ETL workflow design, data ingestion, data quality validation, transformation as per business needs

Other requirements

• Presence in Mexico, to be able to work from client office, working closely with the local teams
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent in Spanish and English
