Data Engineer

Minimum 1 year of experience using Snowflake to build reporting and data transformations. Minimum 1 year of experience using DBT to build data pipelines. Minimum 2 years of software development using python or c#.

Minimum 2 years of experience using Jira or other agile software development tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creation of data models using DBT and Snowflake to delivery data products according to business needs.

Enhancements and bug fixes of data models using DBT and Snowflake Creation and maintenance of external and internal documentation. Troubleshoot recurring automated jobs during normal business hours. Implement solutions that adhere to documented standards.

Write data and integration tests using DBT and other tools. Creation of performance and cost analysis documents. Participate in daily stand-up meetings. Analyze source data and produce reports summarizing their contents.

Answer questions from the user community about data and processes. Collaborate with partners in IT to implement solutions.
