We’re hiring an Applied Data Scientist with 3+ years of professional experience for a customer-facing role focused on designing, developing, and delivering AI/ML solutions for enterprise clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor, working directly with customer stakeholders, guiding them through data science initiatives, and ensuring their long-term success on our platform. This role requires someone with startup experience who thrives in fast-moving environments. You must demonstrate career stability as frequent job changes (every 1–2 years) will not be accepted. What You’ll Do
Work directly with customers to design and build machine learning applications on our platform
Lead and manage end-to-end data science projects aligned to customer goals
Build strong, long-term relationships with enterprise stakeholders
Translate customer pain points into actionable technical solutions
Solve a diverse range of ML challenges across industries (finance, healthcare, marketing, energy, e-commerce, etc.)
Represent the company as an AI/ML expert in customer and partner meetings
Stay current on innovations in data science and apply them to real customer use cases
Become an expert on our AI platform and enable customers to build their own AI applications
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams to design and deliver robust solutions
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment What You Bring
Minimum 3 years of experience solving real-world ML problems in business settings
Hands-on experience with ML, LLMs, RAG, and Python — all are required
Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with enterprise stakeholders
Startup experience is required; you are comfortable with high-velocity work environments
